אילנה נשואה ואם ל - 5 , ב"ה. היא בוגרת אולפנה, להקות ילדים ונוער, הייתה קומונרית ומדריכת טיולים לנוער מתמודד בשרות הלאומי.
את דרכה החלה כמורה לתקשורת וקולנוע ובמשך שנים רבות צברה רזומה עשיר בכל תחומי הבמה - מוסיקה, תקשורת, תאטרון וקולנוע לגווניו - ייעוץ פוליטי ותקשורתי, הפקת אירועים, בימוי, הנחייה כוריאוגרפיה, עריכה, קריינות, כתיבה והגשה ברדיו, טלוויזיה ובמדיה השונה, ועוד...
אילנה בעלת תואר B.A בתקשורת, קולנוע, מדעי המדינה, חינוך ורישיון הוראה.

She is a graduate of a religious high school, children’s and youth choirs, and has been a counselor and tour guide for youth in national service.
She began her path as a teacher of communication and cinema, and over many years has built an extensive resume in all areas of the stage – music, media, theater, and cinema, including political and media consulting, event production, directing, hosting, choreography, editing, voiceover, writing, and presenting on radio, television, and other media.
Ilana holds a B.A. in Communication, Cinema, Political Science, Education, and a teaching license.
Today, Ilana is a singer, artist, and creator who performs worldwide, with original music that has captivated the women’s singing scene, alongside well-known hits she performs in a unique, innovative, and nostalgic way. She perfectly connects with diverse audiences and sectors.
Ilana is the owner of "Maal HaKol Productions," which produces events and performances for women and girls, in which she performs in solo/trio/ensemble shows, accompanied by top musicians and dancers.
With a professional team, multimedia, and modern pyrotechnics, she combines harmoniously between her musical career and the media and stage world, where she shines across various media platforms.
